Unfortunately we do not offer any returns.
Orders that have broken jewelry, have 48 hours after the parcel has been delivered to submit a claim via our Contact Us form.
Jewelry- we will send you a new one and ship it via lettermail (no tracking) for free.
If we are out of stock on the jewelry piece, we will refund you for it.
Crystals- that break upon delivery, you will have 24 hrs to submit your claim via the Contact Us form.
We will then assess the situation and get back to you within 48 hrs about your claim.
