Open Box Policy

The open box program is available for anyone. Keeping an open box means that you can combine multiple live sale orders, letting you add more crystals to your box & overall save on shipping. It's great for folks who like to shop from all our different platforms!

To mark your box as open from the live sale:

- choose flat rate shipping

- then type in discount code: OPENBOX

- it will subtract the shipping fee from your cart

When you are ready to close your box, use code: CLOSEBOX. If shipping fee is owed we will contact you via email with the next steps!

If you have hit free shipping ($200+ before taxes) you're welcome to keep your box open or ship. Please email us whenever you'd like to ship your order(s) out!
