UNITED STATES
Orders $0-$144.99 USD > flat rate shipping $17 USD
$145 USD+ > Free shipping (automatically applied at checkout)
- Order processing time is 3-7 business days.
- This may change throughout the year based on volume of orders and during our busy seasons (examples: fall/spooky and Christmas season). Please always refer to the banner across the top of our website for the most up to date processing times.
- This time does not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Processing time is the amount of time it takes us to prepare your order before its shipped
- All orders will receive a tracking number. The tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been fulfilled and ready to ship out.
- Once a package has been sent with the shipping carrier, it is no longer in our hands and is no longer our responsibility. Keep an eye on where your package is at by checking out the tracking number. Contact the shipping company your parcel was sent with for future details as we no longer have access to the information.
- If your package is delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged: please file a claim with Route Package Protection here: https://claims.route.com/
- Please double/triple check that the shipping address is correct when finalizing your order as I cannot change it once you have paid
- All customs fees and dues for out of Canada orders are at the responsibility of the customer and Earth Star Healing Collective is not liable for these fees.
- USA tariff charges: are included in your order as an extra fee added at checkout. This allows for smooth border clearance, quicker shipping time and unexpected charges before your parcel arrives to your doorstep
USA Tariff's Policies & Info:
- If you are located in the US, the tariff and duties charge will be included in your order as (additional fees) when you go to checkout
- If our system glitches and you do not see the tariff charge added to your order (even after the order has been placed) we will contact you via the email that we have on file. If we do not hear back your order will not be processed to be shipped out until we do. Please check your spam/junk folder in case the email has ended up there!
- If we have contacted you about the system glitch and tariff charge not added and we have not heard a response back within 7 business days - your order will be cancelled and the items will go back on to the shelf. Please note future orders with us may not be accepted.
- If a chargeback has been requested due to above issue system glitch with no communication on the card holder's side - unfortunately any future orders with our shop will no longer be accepted and will be cancelled.
