Refund/Return Policy

We offer refunds on any orders placed that were placed within 30 mins and under with a 25% restocking fee. 

Any orders placed after 30 mins unfortunately will not be eligible for any refund.

The restocking fee is non negotiable. Please double check before you place orders that you're ready to purchase the items in your order.

Please double check your shipping address is correct when you are at checkout as we cannot change it after the order is placed to avoid confusion.

 

If a package arrives with something damaged:

  • You are eligible for a replacement/refund of the item if you purchased Route Package Protection
  • Route Package Protection automatically applies at checkout unless you manually unclick it
  • Simply go to https://claims.route.com/ 
  • Enter in your email and 4 digit order number

If your parcel gets stolen or lost follow these steps (same as above):

Jewelry pieces: if at any time you have jewelry that pops out of the jump ring (it happens for all jewelry artists!) or any of your jewelry breaks. Please email us so we can find a solution together (charlie.earthstarhealingco@gmail.com).
