How to use:

1. Place your crystals into a little dish - we highly recommend the selenite satin spar bowls.
2. Keep your little dish of crystals bedside your bed to enhance the best sleeps. Another ritual you can do is hold onto one of the tumbles or carvings and do a little guided sleep meditation.
3. You can also place any of your crystals under your pillow or inside the pillow case on the backside where your head won't be laying on them!
