We offer refunds on any orders placed that were placed within 30 mins and under with a 25% restocking fee. 

Any orders placed after 30 mins unfortunately will not be eligible for any refund.

The restocking fee is non negotiable. Please double check before you place orders that you're ready to purchase the items in your order.

Please double check your shipping address is correct when you are at checkout as we cannot change it after the order is placed to avoid confusion.

 If a package arrives with something broken:

Please send us an email within 24 hrs with which items broke and photos of the broken items to our email: kerriorourke2@gmail.com.

Email must be sent within 24 hrs with photo(s) attached of broken items to be eligible for coming to a resolution together. The resolution will be accessed on a case-by-case basis

Jewelry pieces: if at any time you have jewelry that pops out of the jump ring (it happens for all jewelry artists!) or any of your jewelry breaks. Please email us so we can find a solution together. (kerriorourke2@gmail.com)
